Advisory hours: $250/hr, 2-hour minimum Executive Cost Briefing: $2,500 flat, 90 minutes Unit Economics Sprint: from $5,000, 1 day AI Cost and Unit Economics Audit: $12,000–$25,000, 1–2 weeks ML Cost and Reliability Evals: $15,000–$30,000, 2 weeks AI-native rebuild (website or internal tool): fixed quote after a Sprint Engagements are cash-pay: invoiced directly by me and paid by ACH or card. No staffing platforms or agencies in the middle.
