What is the HIPAA plan?
The HIPAA plan ($49/mo) is for collecting Protected Health Information. It includes everything in Pro plus a signed BAA, an isolated encrypted PHI enclave, audited access, and 7-year retention. Flip any form into HIPAA mode and its responses route to the enclave.
Do I need the HIPAA plan for intake forms?
Only if you collect PHI and need a BAA (clinics, therapists, dental, med spas). General intake and waivers work fine on Free/Pro; upgrade to HIPAA when you need the compliance guarantees.
