TendForm ("we", "us") helps you create forms and collect responses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is a starting template and should be reviewed by counsel before you rely on it.

Information we collect

  • Account data: your email address, name, and a hashed password.
  • Google sign-in data: if you choose “Continue with Google,” Google shares your email address, name, and profile picture with us. We use this only to create and authenticate your TendForm account. We request read-only access to your basic profile and email (the OpenID email and profile scopes) — nothing else, and we never access your other Google data. You can disconnect Google from your account settings at any time.
  • Form data: the forms you create and the responses your respondents submit.
  • Usage data: basic logs (IP, user agent) for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To operate the service, authenticate you (including via Google sign-in), deliver form responses, prevent abuse, and process payments (via Stripe). On the free tier we display ads on the completion screen; we do not sell your personal data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

Data retention & storage

Active responses are stored in our primary database; older responses may be archived to encrypted object storage. You can export or delete your forms and responses at any time.

Your rights

You may access, export, or delete your data by contacting us at [email protected].
