By using TendForm you agree to these terms. This is a starting template and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide a valid email address and verify it. You may also sign in with Google; doing so shares your Google email, name, and profile picture with us solely to create and authenticate your account, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google from your account settings at any time.
Do not use TendForm to collect data unlawfully, send spam, phish, or host content that is illegal or infringes others' rights. We may suspend forms that violate these terms.
The free tier is ad-supported. Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the paid period. You always retain access to view and export your data, even on a paused form.
You own your forms and responses. You grant us the license needed to host and display them.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
